The team becomes a safe place for people to be transparent and authentic, admit to mistakes and shortcomings, and feel supported and cared for by one another.

Objective: Team members experience powerful exercises that enable them to build a strong foundation of trust and maintain it over time.

HEALTHY CONFLICT

Team embarces conflict as a gift. Members learn to be upfront and direct in challenging each other as a way of arriving at best solutions and helping each other grow.

Overview: Practice converting conflicts into gifts of deepening trust and alignment.

Objective: Embrace conflict as a gift wherein team members learn to be up front and direct in challenging each other as a way of arriving at the best solutions and helping each other grow.

  • Foster greater collaboration between team members
  • Enable the whole team to take accountability for team productivity and performance

MUTUAL ACCOUNTABILITY

Team members hold each other accountable for both results and conduct, as opposed to waiting for the team leader to do so.

Overview: Enable individual team members to develop a structure and cadence that enables self-accountability with clearly defined objectives towards outcomes/results.

Objective: Effectively hold each other accountable to both results and conduct and explore potential structures and processes to use as a team to increase ownership, collaboration and accountability.

Daily Practice:

15 minutes/day of app-guided practice enables you to establish mental muscles (neural pathways). These exercises are
bite-sized to fit your busy schedule and customized based on how you self-sabotage.

Weekly Focus:

Weekly hour-long video delivers deep experiential exploration of the week’s focus. You’ll feel inspired and energized to
practice during the week in order to sustain the benefits experienced during the video sessions.

Measurable Progress:

You’ll feel motivated through instant feedback on exactly how much progress you’re making towards building the 3 core
muscles of mental fitness. Brain rewiring may be visible in MRI imaging within 8 weeks.

Community Support: 

We help you establish a support and accountability group with other program participants. Research has shown this to
be a critical success factor for establishing lasting new positive habits of the mind.
