EQ Cafe: Collaboration
“Nobody saves themselves alone” – how true is this statement for you?
While some of us are going back into the office and we are still adapting to this new normal, can we do that alone, or do we need to collaborate? What skills can help us thrive in this phase of the pandemic? How can Emotional Intelligence support us moving from an individualistic approach to a more collaborative one for sustainable choices?
Collaborate comes from Latin ‘cum laborare’ that means ‘work with.’ It implies the action of doing something together for a purpose. Collaboration conveys the effort, the commitment and engagement of creating and working toward a shared vision. It is a way of being more than a way of behaving.
Join this interactive “EQ Café” to explore how emotional intelligence can help us collaborate as we practice EQ together.
Emotional intelligence (aka “EQ”) means being smarter with feelings — and we can grow EQ by practicing together. EQ Cafés are insightful, engaging sessions for people curious about emotional intelligence to connect and learn together.
